 Picture yourself on a lofty hillside overlooking the lush green fairways of our golf course located near Fond du Lac. While soft breezes stir the leaves of trees and music plays softly in the background, you say your vows. Then you and your wedding party head to the Camelot clubhouse for a reception that everyone will remember a lifetime.

Your wedding will, no doubt, be the most romantic day of your life and probably you've been dreaming about what that wedding should be for years. Since childhood, you've had probably had fantasies about it – what you and your attendants will wear, the magic scenery of the spot where you'll say your vows, the delicious cuisine that your guests will eat, the flowers, the music.

At The Golf Club at Camelot we can help all those dreams come true. For starters, we have fabulous and spacious facilities including our Royal Hall and Excalibur Lounge that can seat up to 350 guests. The elegance of the hall will leave you in awe. Our massive fireplace, cedar lined cathedral style ceiling, dance floor and raised stage will enhance your experience.

Remember, having your wedding at a golf club means breathtaking backgrounds for your photographs. We can escort the bride, groom and photographer onto the course for a personalized photo shoot. Group pictures can be taken at several sites inside and outside.

Here are some questions you may wish to ask:

Can we be married at Camelot?
Yes, we have several locations for holding your ceremony, including the Royal Hall or overlooking the golf course in Guinevere's Garden. Camelot also has an on-staff ordained minister so that we can take care of the most important detail of all – your ceremony.

What audio visual equipment is available?
Our sound system will help you set the mood. We have 20 speakers in the Royal Hall and seven in the nearby Excalibur Lounge. We also have a CD player and four TVs with DVD/VCR and Power Point capability.

Do services include planning?
We won't let you forget a single detail. Our professional wedding coordinators will be on site from planning the big day to the moment that your last guest leaves the property.

Will there be sufficient staffing?
Camelot will ensure that your guests are pampered and well treated. We provide one bartender for every 75 guests. Our caterers have one staff member per 12 guests for plated dinners. Family-style, buffet and hors d'oeuvres receptions will be well-served, too.

Are your facilities handicap friendly?
Every guest is important to us. Our facility was built all on one level, designed with the disabled in mind. A new air purification system provides better air quality. Our staff will be happy to help if you need extra assistance.

Where can the bride dress for the special day?
For your comfort we have a personal dressing room complete with shower. There is also a larger room where the entire bridal party can prepare for the wedding.

What if we have out of town guests?
The Golf Club at Camelot is the perfect spot for a destination wedding. You and your wedding guests can receive the Camelot Discount at the Country Inn & Suites. All you need to do is ask for the Camelot Discount when you reserve your rooms.

We are conveniently located North of Milwaukee, South of Green Bay and East of Madison. It's just a two hour drive to the Illinois border! Wow!

Banquet Facilities

Royal Hall

This is our most magnificent space, perfect for large weddings, banquets and parties of all kinds. Adjoining our full-service bar, this spacious and dramatic hall combines charm and elegance and will impress your guests. We can seat up to 350 guests for dinner and 500 for receptions. In the Royal Hall, all guests are treated like royalty. The lofty cedar ceiling and spacious size allow for lots of decorations to suit you and your guests. The hall has 20 speakers.

Excalibur Lounge

The lounge is perfect for your small family or company gathering in a relaxed yet elegant setting, including large-screened TVs, a 25-seat mirrored bar and a dramatic floor-to-ceiling limestone fireplace, all overlooking the golf course. There are seven speakers as well as a CD player and TVs with DVD/VCR and Power Point capability. The lounge adjoins the Royal Hall, but can be separated by a 6-panel glass door.

Jester's Pub

Jester’s Pub can accommodate up to 80 of your closest friends. The Pub has its own private bar, entrance and restrooms. The massive stone fireplace adds to its Renaissance décor. This room is perfect for rehearsal dinners, bridal and baby showers, family reunions, company gathers and presentations, birthday parties, golf outings and so much more! .

The "Barn" at Camelot

Looking for something a little more casual and budget friendly? Accommodating up to 200 guests, The “Barn” at Camelot is a must see! Our professional wait and bar staff will take care of all your special needs in a rustic and relaxed “barn” atmosphere. Enjoy the private patio and pond along with the beautifully groomed golf course as your backdrop…perfect for pictures!

Bridal Suite / Executive Board Room

It can accomodate up to 12 guests and is ideal for a sales meeting, planning session or organization board event. There is a board table. Food and beverage services are possible.
